Armed with our comprehensive training program, you will be responsible for contacting business owners through effective phone, email, and face-to-face sales techniques. Sales Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Contact business owners through effective phone sales techniques to qualify needs and schedule new business appointments.
  • Meet with corporate decision makers by performing outside, face-to-face sales calls; reliable transportation required.
  • Generate sales revenue to meet or exceed team and individual sales quota.
  • Utilize computer skills to view prospect information and perform data entry.

Sales Qualifications:

  • Must possess a work-hard/play-hard attitude
  • Must be competitive, persistent and likable
  • Must be willing to learn
  • Must be money-motivated

Sales Compensation:

We offer a starting base pay of $30,000 which quickly increases to $35,000 after the completion of our "Certification Training Program" (6 months). In addition to your base, we offer uncapped commission, residual income stream, and a "Career Step-Up Plan" with scheduled base raises upon reaching career sales milestones.

With your base pay + commission, most Sales Associates earn between $40,000 to $45,000 by year 2. By the time our Sales Associates reach "Senior" qualification at year 3, they should earn between $50,000 and $60,000. Many of our seasoned Sales Associates make $100,000 or more.
